Arbor Venues

Arbor Loft

Our downtown location is in the heart of the East End and is full of industrial charm, greenery, and elegant golden accents. With brand new on-site suites and fresh updates, it brings a new look to the original Loft look that has been loved since 2016.

Arbor at the Port

Overlooking the river with a beautiful outdoor space, our Port location is the perfect spot for events both large and small. This space is bright and airy with greenery and new renovations that upgrade the space we updated in 2018.

Arbor Midtown

We are reimagining the grand ballroom of the historic Lincoln-Alliance Bank. The building was originally constructed in 1926, boasting natural stone travertine flooring, marble-clad columns, hand-sculpted wall friezes, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The meticulous restoration process will restore all of the historic elements while modernizing and brightening the aesthetic.

At The Venue at the Trail, we understand just how important your special event is to you. With space for up to 150 guests, we offer a stunning location to make your dreams come true. Our venue is designed to provide you with everything you need to host the perfect event. Our experienced staff is devoted to providing exceptional service every step of the way. Whitehall Mansion

Celebrate your love story at Whitehall Mansion, where history and elegance come together in the heart of the Rochester region. Our unique venue features stunning indoor and outdoor ceremony locations, including a grand mahogany staircase for a memorable bridal entrance. With a luxurious bridal suite, expansive outdoor patios, and a dedicated team to help personalize every detail, we ensure a seamless and unforgettable experience. Let Whitehall Mansion be the perfect backdrop for your special day.

Willow Creek Venue

Willow Creek venue's main event space is set in neutral colors and features soaring 25-foot-high ceilings with elegant chandeliers. The banquet room has an elevated stage perfect for wedding ceremonies or hosting corporate events. A large stone fireplace adds further charm and a sense of coziness. Their dance floor is the perfect answer to get your party started. The banquet room is fully heated and air-conditioned.
