“Jason DeLeo and his staff catered an RIT reception for visiting international scholars and upper-level administrators and professors. The food was served buffet style to start, followed by tapas small-plate passing/clearing in cocktail-party style. The food was delicious, unique, professionally served, and reasonably priced. There were many positive comments, several requests for his contact information, and one upper level administrator sought out a personal introduction. In addition, Jason was wonderful to work with – very sensitive to requests by the coordinators as well as smoothly working with a few considerable site/location challenges. He also rolled with some unexpected timing issues thrown at him at the last minute, and handled everything with confidence and good humor. “

“Jason really outdid himself at my son's wedding this past weekend! The venue was small but Jason and his staff pushed out tons of wonderful hand-passed appetizers and plated appetizers and then really did an amazing job with the three hot food stations! They had a pasta station, an Asian station, and a grilling station where all the food was prepared for you at your direction! It was incredible! I have worked with Jason for many years as he has always catered our firm's Christmas Party, and he has never disappointed! Highly recommend! You won't find anyone better to cater your special event!”
